Lucila Moron – Customer Service Specialist

lucila-moron-vaHello, I am Lucila Moron, or you can simply call me Lucille. I am the mother of one boy and have been happily married for over 11 years. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology majoring in Computer Technology at Southern Luzon State University- Judge Guillermo Eleazar. Ever since I was a kid, I often helped the people around me whenever they needed a hand. And after I graduated, I started my career helping others by doing customer service for the last 10 years.

I was an Officer-In-Charge for a small snack booth within a Bingo Venue for a year, supervising the store and 2 sellers. From here I learned to lead and manage multiple tasks and promote great customer satisfaction all the time.

During this time, an opportunity to work in the BPO industry came, and I was eager to be part of this setting to improve my communication skills. I worked as a Sales Professional-1, handling inbound calls from US customers. Indeed, my experience in this setting truly enhanced my English-speaking skills, and this role taught me how to adapt to the diverse needs of the customers and remain calm under pressure. 

But then I am seeking more challenging roles in a different industry, and this is how I started my career in logistics, where I stayed and worked for 8 years. I’ve done various roles and jobs and become a part of different departments such as Customer service, Account management, and E-commerce operations.

While I enjoyed my work in this Industry, I decided to continue my career on a bigger platform, and I believe becoming a Virtual worker and working alongside diverse people with different cultures can take me to places by staying at home.

I am looking for a company where I could add value by using my skills in Customer service, account management, and client retention. still, I have so much to offer. I would love to share that I just recently enrolled at an academy to learn new skills in Social Media Management, lead generation, and email marketing. So you may anticipate this much from me in the coming days.
