Annaleah Evangelio – Social Media Management, Pharmacist

I am Annaleah Evangelio, you can call me Anna or Leah. I’m a single mother with a 10-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter. I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at University of Southern Philippines Foundation. Right after I graduated, I took the Pharmacy Licensure Examination and luckily, I passed. I have been with three BPO companies over the past 6 years. I have experience in customer service, including sales, banking, tech support and customer care.

I was also a Community Pharmacist. I left the job due to a crucial pregnancy with my youngest daughter. As a Community Pharmacist, I developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I worked under pressure with minimal supervision, handling multiple tasks at the same time, accounting and bookkeeping in store, providing good customer service, building good relationships between me and the customer.  I may not have any experience as a virtual assistant, but I have experienced doing the tasks you’ve outlined for the position.

I can adapt to any working environment. But in the past, I found that I am the most productive when given a specific task deadline. I still like to have the freedom to work anytime, but a deadline keeps me on my toes and gives me the push to start on my tasks.

I am also a Social Media Manager of my own business account. I do most of content creation which includes simple graphics and videos, community management and account growth. I change strategy from time to time and depending on which content works or not. I have learned a little knowledge about social marketing with my own research.
I believe that motivation and determination are the key attributes that I have become a successful Virtual Assistant.  As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional services, I am confident in my ability to contribute to your team’s success. I am excited to join the team as a Beginner Virtual Assistant. I am confident that my skills and qualifications make me a strong fit for this role.
