Guianah Carlos – Administrative Assistant
My name is Guianah Victoria Carlos. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication. I am currently looking for a job where I can apply what I have learned because I am passionate about learning new skills and I am eager to use this in a working environment.
In my past experience as a virtual assistant, I mostly do administrative tasks such as handling my client’s social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram. I also create market update most of the time. I also have experience in data entry, I check and input information of my client’s client. At first, it was challenging for me but with the help of my trainer, it got a lot easier.
I know I can achieve something if I set my mind to it. As the saying goes, there is no harm in trying.
I like watching movies and I often listen to music because it can make me feel better in so many ways because sometimes I can relate to the message of the song.
My strength is my ability to build relationships with people because I am a person who interacts immediately. My weakness is that I can’t easily say no to a task that is given to me. Sometimes I work too much and I don’t maintain my work-life balance, but I’m doing my best to correct it by doing a course of action.
I motivate myself by doing self-motivation because I know that I can make it if I have a plan to do something about it. I’m a person who is always ready to learn and experience new things to enhance my skills.
In 5 years, I see myself happily working in your company hopefully in a higher position, utilizing the skills I have learned from this company. I really think that this job suits me not just because it’s related to my course but also it is something that I would really enjoy while working in your company. Someday, I want to be successful not just for myself but for my family as well so that I can be able to help them in terms of financial problems and to support them in the future.
