Agnes Alejandrino – Administrative Assistant
Hi, my name is Agnes Alejandrino. A mother to a four-year-old son. I have over twelve years of experience where I developed my current skill set.
My line of expertise is in Management, Administration, Accounts supervision, and Customer service. I have excellent knowledge in all computer applications (MS-Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ms. Outlook & Internet applications. I am able to multitask and can work under pressure with minimum supervision. I am resourceful, hardworking, honest, trustworthy, and I accept challenges for growth. I have excellent communications skills in English, written and oral. Well-versed with the use of Property CRM such as Strataware/Urbanise software and My-community Portal. I attended and passed the M-100 course, The Essentials of Community Association Management, conducted by Dubai Real Estate Institute.
I previously worked for a well-reputed property management company in Dubai UAE from 2010 until March 2021. My role within the company evolved from junior administrator to Senior Administrator, Administration Manager, and, ultimately, promoted to a Property Owners Association or a Community Manager in 2018. My responsibilities range from providing customer service, execution of administrative tasks, and accounts support to the Property Manager to manage the building on behalf of the Owners Association of the building.
My duties and responsibilities in my recent role include but are not limited to; the handling of inbound and outbound calls from owners/tenants and service providers that are providing services to the building. Answer inquiries via email and other electronic communication tools such as community portal and property operating systems or CRM, Updating Owners and Tenant details in the Property CRM. Preparing LPO for the maintenance requirements of the building. Supervision of the building maintenance and the building staff from security, cleaning staff, and maintenance staff. Training of new staff.
In addition, I also work closely with the elected board members of the community to develop strategies to manage the common areas of the building. Implement strategy, programs, and plans set by the Board members. Negotiate, supervise, and recommend the entry into contracts, including Supply Agreements such as but not limited to (security, cleaning, maintenance of Common Areas, and landscaping) on behalf of the Owners Association, and presents recommendations to the Owners Association as directed in the Owners’ Association Constitution. Supervise the performance of contractors and suppliers to the Owners Association. The repairs of defects and warranty claims concerning the common areas of the building. Prepare Annual Budgets based on the forecasted operational requirements of the building/tower. Issue service charge notices and collects service charge payments for the Owners Association in the account specified for that purpose. Prepare various reports. Organize a meeting and prepare minutes and circulate it to all the building owners. Circulate important notices and Association correspondences through electronic communications to all the occupants. Maintain proper bookkeeping and records related to the tower/building as required to be kept by law.
My dedication, conscientiousness, and hard work helped me build good relationships with the clients and the elected Board members of the property/building under our portfolio. More often, The clients commended me for maintaining professionalism and for the job well done. I am proven to be reliable, consistent, a team player, hardworking, resourceful, trustworthy, with a can-do attitude which is fundamental in maintaining client satisfaction and retention.
The Covid-19 pandemic changed our family perspective when my husband lost both his parents due to Covid. Hence, we decided to settle back home in the Philippines and enjoy life with the family. I am looking for remote work to enable me to continue to do the work I love to do where I can apply my skills and experience.
